Great place for a family outing. The staff is friendly and the restrooms were clean. If you enjoy nature and history then this place is worth checking out.

Nice rest stop. Clean restrooms. Gathering place for some whitewater rafting companies. That is why we were there. Also suviniers.
Nice place to stop and get the facts about the gorge. The highway to get u there is under construction with one way traffic past the visitor center. Beware of your GPS directions if you dont see any brown traffic info signs enroute and to get to the Gorge do not follow directions to monument hqs. Instead follow directions to Taos NM.
